Geum ‘Fireball’
Plant number: 1.235.130
This repeat-blooming Geum (or Avens) is a huge improvement on most of the older types. It bears branching stems with rounded semi-double flowers of golden yellow, suffused with scarlet-orange towards the petal edges. The overall effect is a warm, glowing apricot orange. Great in the border or in containers, but most effective when planted in a sizeable grouping. Foliage is evergreen in mild winter regions. Regular deadheading may encourage repeat flowering. Divide every two years in spring.
