Helenium autumnale ‘Tie Dye’
Fall Helenium |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.245.190
Also known as Helen’s Flower, or Sneezeweed, there are many fine hybrid selections, valued for their late summer display of bright daisy-like flowers. This selection, as its name infers, has beautiful yellow to purple-pink, coiled petals surrounding a brown eye. Very unique. Nice bright green foliage. Good branching habit, terrific for cutting. Stems are strong enough they should not require staking in all but the windiest of locations. Hybridizer: Thierry Delabroye. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
