Penstemon ‘Dorothy Wilson’
Hybrid Beard-tongue |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.405.520
Hybrid Beard-tongues are the showiest varieties by far, putting on a terrific display of colour in the summer and fall months. Plants form a bushy upright mound, bearing spikes of medium pink flowers with contrasting white throats. Much hardier than originally thought when originally introduced. Excellent in pots and tubs, as well as directly in the garden. Attractive to both butterflies and hummingbirds.
