Phlox paniculata ‘Mystique Black’
Summer Phlox |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.415.980
Summer Phlox is very popular for its midsummer display in the border. This midsized selection first produces very showy flower buds of deep purple-black, lasting for weeks. These eventually open into heads of flowers, the lavender-pink petals surrounding a deeper pink eye. The short habit makes this suitable for the border as well as mixed containers. Remove faded flowers to encourage more buds to form. Attractive to butterflies.
