A colourful selection from Prairie Nursery in Wisconsin. Single flowers are bright golden-yellow with red centers at first, later becoming all gold. The foliage is rather unique, green with distinctive purple veins that are echoed in the dark purple flower stems. Bushy habit, long blooming season from July until frost. In rich soils this might need extra support. Flowers make long-lasting cut flowers. Attractive to butterflies. USPP#13779: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
